Currently, in order to attach a document that has already been uploaded into Team, it would need to be downloaded to the computer and re-uploaded in the work item. It would be helpful if users could use a function similar to related record, but for documents that already exist under the Documents tab in order to attach a document to a work item.
Furthermore, would it be possible to have attachments uploaded to work items also automatically uploaded to the Documents tab? The user could be prompted for this option, and select a file location, all from the work item screen.
Ultimately, I think this would reduce the number of duplicate documents/data entries on my computer.
