Enable subcontractors to fill in a form that gives basic information about the subcontractor. Business Name, addresses, contact information, organization type, EIN#, DUNS#, Gross Sales, W9, Insurance Certs, Safety Manual, Safety e-mail, safety phone, EMR, and alot more safety data. This data should interface with Vista PC Prequalifications.
