It sure would be nice to be able to know who a document was shared with when viewing it's full history; not just who downloaded it.

Agree, there should be a history or tracking feature that allows us to see who a document was shared with. Email notifications are being sent so there should be a way to easily add this feature. Forcing users to use alternative ways to track outside of the system or move to other platforms when features are not readily available to the customers.
Agreed. It is very important to see in the document history who shared a folder and with whom.
Cannot View History of Documents or Drawings Shared via Email
I can't believe this wouldn't be a concern by others....such a liability in NOT knowing who items were shared with. Can't continue to use this feature until this feature is available.
