Too much time is spent adding contacts to a project within our organization. Groups and or favorite lists should be able to be created that would allow one click to add a recent or frequent team of people to a project, without having to search for each individual.

Viewpoint reviews Suggestion Box regularly for all of our products and updates statuses, adds comments, and performs various house-keeping (including deleting) as needed to ensure that Suggestion Box is maintained as a productive environment for product enhancements requests.

I agree with the above. The current set up does not make sense. The sequence for adding contacts is not cohesive. I currently have to:
Add a contact from within the organization -> Team calls in their organization and adds it to available organizations to pull from. -> I must now select contacts from within that organization.
Organizations should be readily available from the get go.
