Submit Your Suggestions for Viewpoint Team

Add a setting to control which items we want to become public upon closing

Ultimately for security reasons we would prefer that nothing is made "public" at closure.  I can understand how this would be helpful but since the idea is to have our entire project team including client accessing TEAM, we want to be VERY cautious about using the public view for anything and only want it to be done with a conscious decision .

    yes the ask is that we pull back and nothing is public unless chosen manually on a case by case basis.

    Right now only Submittals are made Public by default on close. Everything else is by decision. Is the ask here that we pull back and nothing is public and can be made public "manually" on a case by case basis?
