Pay applications are filled out when work is completed and a subcontractor is requesting payment. These applications come in a variety of formats (e.g., paper, Excel/Word, AIA G702 / G703, and emails). The entire process could be digitized and integrated into Team with a workflow for a PM to review along with production data from Field /Field Management (or Job Cost). Once approved by the PM, the pay app would import directly into the SL module within Vista (SL Worksheet) in preparation for AP Payment by the Office staff. The original pay app would attach as a PDF in both SL and AP. The status of the payment process could automatically be communicated to the sub via email.
Workflow:
Subcontrator completes digitial pay app form --> PM Reviews & Approves --> Pay app data imports directly into Vista SL Module (or AP Transaction entry) --> AP Payment is processed to the sub

This existed 10 years ago in the connects product. This should be a 101 and should be able to send to vista accounts payable.
