We have 2nd tier subcontractors we would like to list in the Daily Log but we don't want to give them access to TEAM or the project. Need the ability to add anyone to the Log regardless if they're in contacts.

We have similar issues, while we agree collaboration makes sense (and we want our teams to add and invite contacts) we come across many situations where utility companies, sub subs (as mentioned), or contractors working for the client directly are on site. We had to lock down adding contacts on the fly as it was making a mess in our PM firms in Vista, so now we have no way to log these contractors properly unless we go back to Vista and create extra firms that we otherwise won't interact with.
