We love the new R5 Distribution Groups but need this also in Documents. If we have the same group of users that need access to private folders in Documents, we still have to do this one at a time. As well, if there is a new person at that company, we have to add them one at a time to each shared folder, versus adding to a group once.
All new features should be accessible to all modules in Team to make it seamless.

This is such a chore when we need to add/remove one person from multiple shares in multiple projects. For example, we give our safety users that we have hired access to particular folders in every project. They have replaced one person so now I have to manually remove User X from first project, add User Y, go to the document folders they have access to, remove user X (as removing user from contacts doesn't remove access) then manually add User Y. Repeat for each folder and then repeat for every project.
At least with a distribution group it would be an easy task per project where I just add and remove the contacts from the Group. I am now on hour #2 and still have many to go.
Agree. It would be helpful to be able to utilize distribution groups in Documents so to not have to pick each contact that might have access to a folder. Usually it is a certain group of people within departmental areas that would need access. Project Management group - project management folders, Project Controls group for Project Controls Folders, etc. Creating ability to have group distribution would be highly effective.
