On the projects list page, add a search bar so you don't have to flick through the pages or change the items per page and then search for the job you're looking for. There are some of us who set-up each and every job, and having to do this each time I need to go to a different job is time-consuming.
The search function is prevalent in Spectrum, and should be easily transferable to Team in the same way.
