Inside the Daily Log form there is a section dedicated to "Issues". This section is just a free form text field with categories for Safety/Quality etc... It would be ideal to be able to link the Daily Log to an already created Issue and/or create a new Issue from the Daily Log. Otherwise it requires you to note the issue on the daily but then go in and create the Issue if you want it to be tracked.
