Standard language setup across Team Items.

No ability to setup standard language on distribution of Team items; include comments when distributing.

when you send out files it would allow for settings of standard language

  I second this particularly where it comes to the return of RFIs and Submittals.  The RFI project setup currently has the ability to create project level standard distribution language, which is nice as an override, but we really need this option at the company level in order to ensure that text appears on all projects unless they choose to override it on a project level.
