Currently, when importing a project from Vista/Spectrum or creating a fresh project there is an option for assign a Project Manager from the project creation window. The dropdown shows all Internal and External users. This list can be pretty massive and it'd significantly easier to add people here if it only showed Internal/Internal (ERP) User types. There is no use case in showing External Users.
