Currently, all Project Editor role types (Project Manager, Project Editor, and Project Engineer) are the exact same roles with the exception of being able to view the Job Cost widget under the Project Manager role. A Project Engineer should not be able to change their own role to the Project Manager role on a Project as there is no oversight or record showing their changing of Project Roles.
Only the Project Manager and Enterprise/Project Admins should have the ability to change their own Project Roles.
