This was released as a new feature months ago, but whenever we try and use it, it sits as In Progress for days and nothing happens.

I've opened 2 cases so far and no fix. I've been waiting weeks and the data does not get exported.

Please open a support case for this one - Project Closeout may take an hour or two for a large project but longer than and something is wrong.
