Chrome stopped working last fall (i.e. could not download more than 1 file at a time in the Documents module). We then had to switch everyone to Firefox. Now Firefox won't download more than 1 file.
How do we download a full set of drawings from Documents when we have 50-100? Select 1 file, download, select 2nd file, download. If we can upload 100 files, we should be able to download 100 files.

3 months later and we still can't download more than 1 file at a time, unless we use Edge, but that only works for 80% of the files which require individually to be re-downloaded.. We cannot send drawings to be printed either because we can't download them. We also can't add Reprodux to Team and share the folder as they can download them either.
Are we the only customer that needs to download more than 1 file at a time? How does one print a full set when they are uploaded as individual sheets?
