The only way to delete a daily log is manually. When this is needed en masse, either the customer or Viewpoint must delete each log one by one.
This is the response from support when our trainer recommended we submit a case to erase multiple daily logs:
Unfortunately Support is not able to assist with deleting the daily logs off of the project. The logs can be deleted through the project settings/the calendar in Team. I know it is cumbersome, but since there is a front end solution to this, anything done on the back-end to delete the logs would be a billable service. I apologize for any confusion. Please let me know if you have any questions about deleting the logs.
This suggestion was slated for April 2018 release, but has not been realized.

Typically, you would be right if this was a closed loop system with an audit trail. However, the user is already able to delete a log. Currently, it is just highly inconvenient. If a log is misassigned or repteitious incomplete, the count will affect the user's dashboard.
i think deleting the daily log will break the "chain of custody" for the log and make the log inadmissible.....
