We have 6 types of issues and need the Architect Role (or a Subcontractor etc) to be able to create Issues. Out of the Box, Architects cannot create so we have to go to the Project Settings to add them, however, it will only let 1 Role create 1 type of issue.
Now we have to put them back to Collaborator, but now they can't see all the Submittals so now have to make them all Public?

We agree, need to have the ability to modify permissions instead of TEAM trying to meet everyone's needs as that will never happen. Our permission needs change from job to job sometimes.
