Rather than just noting there was a Safety or Quality Observation, provide customizable checklists / forms that are either directly accessible from a Daily Log or linkable to an Observation.

Forms in Team is a great way to capture QA/QC and Safety documentation. More info can be found HERE We're still working on how we relate forms to daily logs, but agree this would be helpful. Stay tuned!
