In completing daily report logs on the line for accident have a box for injury type: employee, subcontractor, property damage which when marked then creates and opens an accident report that has to be completed in order to complete the daily log. This would make certain that accident reports are done same day as daily while info is fresh and help to make sure because it's a form with lines to complete that all info needed is recorded.
