It does not appear that you can access previous submittals on the Mobile APP once you have had a revision/resubmittal entered. All you can see is the most recent version whether it be REV 1 or REV 2. This is not good as many times resubmittals only contain minimal items needed to rsbmt per Engineer's comments so Subs and the field may not have access to their original sbmtl package via the Mobile App
