When I use the voice-to-text option to dictate text within the daily log NOTES section, upon submitting the app crashes. If I repeat the process and type it in manually, it works. Please check the voice-to-text compatibility as that would greatly increase the chances of my field foreman using the function.

In general we support voice-to-text everywhere in the app, but we have found some suspicious crashes from Android phones specifically that may be related to this.
I'm going to mark this one "not applicable" since it's technically a bug, not a suggestion, but we should have this specific issue fixed in the december release.
