We are setting up dummy projects as a work around. Create a private folder for each new bid, invite those who need access to the individual folder. I hope to see Team add a bidding module soon. Its not very anonymous since you invite people to the Dummy Project and they then become a contact. May work to your advantage having them see what competitors are bidding for you.
