As an admin, there are times you need to look at something on a project, but if you have not been invited to the project, you don't have full access unless you invite yourself first. This delays your ability to resolve the issue. Also,when you add yourself, you are included in the list of contacts for the project, which is not appropriate since your role is only in the background and you would not need to be contacted by subcontractors, designers or the owner.

We agree, no need to be on job list but do need access to Project. Brings up another suggestion we brought up along time ago to have the ability to make contacts Private.
