Our biggest complaint is that the notifications go out at 3 AM EST. If you forget to turn off your notifications, like I did this weekend, you're getting a bunch of alerts.
In Vista and SQL, we can setup our alerts to be daily, weekly, monthly, on specific dates and most importantly, at specific times. We would prefer notifications happen at 7 or 8 AM in our OWN timezone.

Please Please Please - no one likes being on duty 24/7. Usually a 3 am notification brings on anxiety that something is wrong with a family member or a friend!
