We typically do not want projects created in TEAM to automatically be created in Vista. This feature should have the option of being disabled at the system level in addition to being role-based. For now, we only want to create projects in TEAM that already exist in Vista. We have a well-defined project setup process for Vista that TEAM does not currently support.
