The only permission level that can mark a daily log as 'No Work' is project editor, the highest possible permission at the project level. If i assign someone a daily log, i shouldn't have to give them additional permissions just to mark their daily log as no work.
What i end up with is a bunch of completed daily logs that are empty, except in the notes they say "no work".
Locking "No Work today" under the highest permission level really renders the function useless.... unless i want to make everyone a project editor... but who wants to do that?

See attached picture that shows the difference between a daily log marked as "No Work" vs a daily log with just the notes that say "NO WORK". I want my users to use the "no work" mark so i don't have to drill into the log just to see "no work" in the notes.
