If the document that is to be attached already exits in the TEAM document repository have the ability to add from there instead of having to go to the file system or drag and drop. This would be more efficient then having to navigate back to the file system.

Or ability to drag and drop straight into the RFI or Submittal response area, rather than manually searching for a file on a network. Outlook has a function that allows you to attached a file from a list of recently edited files. This is really quick, specially when marking up submittals in a 3rd party program like Bluebeam.
