It does not appear Collaborators have the ability to download a drawing by checking it and hitting the ellipsis. On Tablet or phone the Viewer does not work and only way to view a PDF is to download it. So essentially you cannot use Drawings with Tablet or phone.

However, we recently updated the mobile app to include Drawings on iOS, Android and Windows. Its a much better experience than trying to use the web app on a mobile device. Make sure you check it out and give us feedback on what else you'd like to see for mobile drawings!
