When entering invoices in Vista you get a pop-up not allowing invoices to be posted in a month that has been closed. In the auto invoicing module you can put an invoice in any month or year you want. You either leave it in the wrong month, which isn't good for cost to complete or you delete the entry in Vista and enter it again but in the current month.
