When using the Forms Analysis, we're needing to extract the data from the forms. The most important one is which user filled it in and which one modified it. The user could be many different possible users (employees, trades since permissions is by role).
We can see the Created By and Modified By in the first Forms list so we have to start there first, write down all the users (say there are 7), go to the Forms Analysis and filter by each user, Apply, export, enter their name manually in the spreadsheet, pick next user, apply, export, repeat.
Since the data is already there, please ensure ALL columns show in the Forms Analysis so we can analyze properly.
