We need to log visitors by the time they arrived, when they departed and why they were on site. Vista has separate fields per visitor that we rely on for reports.
This data would need to integrate back into Vista for our reports.

This is the same need for the Subcontractor/Trades on site. With the way it is now, our users have to manually track Visitors on paper with when they arrive and then when they leave then enter it into the Daily Log in Team so it's just data entry.
In Vista, we add the record when the visitor arrives with the time. Save the log and then edit the log once the visitor leaves. No writing things on paper.
