We use Vista Daily Log for the shear amount of detail that can be tracked on site. For Deliveries, there is a separate Firm, PO, and Time fields per delivery which we can then report on (we can send list of all POs received per site to head office). We've also added a custom field called Packing Slip so that is also tracked.
Of course, this data would have to integrate back into Vista for it to be useful for our weekly/monthly progress reports.
