I am excited for the updates in Automatic Invoicing, for Accounts Payable. Additional fields for the Automatic Invoicing need added in order for this tool to actually be beneficial. For example, a "Reviewer Group" box to fill. Also, the Automatic Invoicing ONLY allows us to fill in the top portion of an AP Unapproved Invoice Entry, making us go back to Vista and fill in the rest.

Being able to assign the reviewer or the person responsible would be a game changer. As it is now, I have to go back into Vista and add which business unit is responsible for what invoices. This requires opening each invoice to see what the PO# or the Job# is on the invoice to know who to direct it to. This would be my #1 request... this would save me hours every week.
