It never fails. Whatever it is you are working on now, someone walks into your office with something that "has to go out now". Either a sticky note gets pulled out and written on or you try and set up another reminder, or you write it down in/on your pad. It happens again, and now you are 3 hours removed from your tasks you once were working on (Submittals, RFI, whatever) is too easy to lose track of or just forget it. Having the ability to select "HOT ITEM" or "TICKLE" and just pick a day and time to have it "pop up". OR its 10am and you want to "tickle" it out to 1030am. You could set it out for 30 minutes or set the date and time specific to Pop Up. I have seen this option on other platforms and is a massive time saver.
