You currently cannot manually set up when notifications are issued on work items. The email notifications will happen automatically when action is taken and automatically based on the due dates, only. We submit a submittal log it becomes issued. Then it becomes submitted. Notifications get sent out initially when it is submitted. When something goes into review, there's a calendar (due from the reviewer by date) that notifies you that an item is coming due in a few days. Now that we are opening it to the subs we don't have a way to remind ourselves.
