Add a module that will scan the specs and import them by spec sections similar to how drawings are uploaded and processed. This provides easy access to specs, especially for field staff who are using the app. The only place now to put specs is in Documents, but depending on what permission level users are assigned, they may not be able to access the specs in this location.

Having the specification sections indexed and searchable is a vital component to our everyday work. Not have this ability is like driving a car with three wheels. Specifications don't belong in the Documents section because not all project participants will be given that permission level.
