We already setup PM Firm Contacts in Vista for each project and importing that information (without inviting them to be collaborators, but simply as a contact) would provide PMs remote access to key contact information in the field such as email and phone number. Right now, contacts in TEAM need are added manually to a project and invited at that point to be a collaborator. Collaborators and contacts should be separated and this would accomplish that by pulling the list of the firms tied to the project (from Vista), displaying them in TEAM for CRM purposes, and allowing the TEAM Project Admin invite from that list those who need to collaborate.
