Literally everyone that I speak to really dislikes this new Trimble Login. Before, you simply opened Team and your email and password were filled in by your browser, and you're in.
Now, we get the first screen with our email filled in, then a second slow screen with Trimble showing our same email address, then a THIRD screen with a password field NOT filled in that the user has to KNOW to click on so the password gets pulled from the browser, THEN they get logged in.
It's excruciating to everyone, most especially our consultants that we want to use this system as they don't want to anymore. If you keep making it difficult (like constantly asking to setup MFA), people will stop using it.
Please make this better.

Every other site has a "stay logged in" checkbox. It has to be one of the easiest possible implementations. The three-page login setup-- maybe there's some arcane reason that no user would want or care about. Keep that if you love it. But just let us bookmark a project link and go straight there, already logged in. Log us out after 30 days of inactivity, if you really want?
This is the reason I hesitate migrating employees to the new platform
This is our #1 frustration!!! This is so ridiculous that you have to log-in like this, and then only stay logged in for a hour! We just this ALL DAY EVERY DAY!!! This needs to be fixed like a long long time ago!! And Support says there is no way around it. It's frustrating because we HAVE to use this software because we use Vista for our accounting. It's just not user friendly in the slightest!
This entire process has been terrible. From the IT perspective, you have taken away any ability for us to service our users. The only thing that we can see is whether they are active or not and if they have access to programs. THEN we got to TRIMBLE support which is just way too slow. You could have allowed us to do that and you would not be dealing with this.
While I am ranting, the whole thing about me having difficulty getting a user logged in because they already had a trimble ID on a GC's Team plan is just not smart. No documentation no support.
This so much....
Every time I log into Field View I have to input my email 3 times on 3 different screens with the last one where I need to type in my password. It just doesn't make sense and a lot of my colleague are quite frustrated about it, my self included.
I don't understand the reasoning for entering in your log-in information just to be pushed to a Trimble site to re-enter the same information. Super frustrating
Absolutely horrible that this is now the behavior. I thought it was temporary as they were migrating users. Compounded with the issue of users only can stay in for max 60 min it causes a horrible user experience. We have users who have stopped using Team because of this.
