It looks like it has been suggested in the past but there was no movement or responses so I'm resubmitting. We have names that we want to appear on documents but for people who will not be accessing the system. We would like to add contacts list for that purpose. Currently, I have a dummy "user" that I add to RFIs, print to .pdf, then open the file and edit the .pdf prior to sending. If I could make the contact name/info show up on the .pdf I would save about 5-10 minutes of editing per file.
