We need the ability to work from Team off-line. Many project sites have weak cel signal and that makes it impossible to efficiently use any of the functions of Team.
If there are RFIs written, pictures taken, Daily Logs written they can all be sync'd as soon as WiFi is available again. But there MUST be a way that does not require connection to save these items.
