DRAWING ORDER MUST MATCH TITLE SHEET/INDEX - NOT ALPHABETIC ORDER
When uploading drawings Viewpoint Team displays drawings alphabetically and not by the Title Sheet / Index. This is not correct.
This makes it difficult for all involved as it doesn’t match our printed sets. Not to mention that Team does not export out in the order of the Title / Index. Leaving room for errors, especially when using the drawings for as-built.
Currently the only work around is relabeling the Disciplines to match up with the Title Sheet / Index so our printed drawings match the online versions.
1 – Life Safety
2 – Civil
3 – Landscape
4 – Structural
5 – Architectural
Etc…….

You can fix this by going to project settings and reordering the drawing disciplines!
