Better creation of projects with settings

When creating a new project, from an existing project, you can copy settings, but this does not include the folder structure and custom reports. Our company has a default, standard job set up. Every project set up needs to be identical. We have created a "dummy" project with the settings, extensive folder structure, cover sheets, etc. that all new projects should have. But because the folder structure and custom reports do not copy over, this is a multi step process. The ability should be available for this, whether new projects copy ALL items in an existing project or this feature is available in the enterprise level. This would make project creation much simpler and straight forward.
