Right now when you select a previous revision of a drawing to view or compare, you are given a list of revision numbers with corresponding dates. It would be even more helpful if you could select from a list of Set Names with corresponding dates. Viewing and comparing previous revisions is great, but you don't always know which revision number you want to referenced. The job could have 30 ASIs, but the sheet you are on may only have 4 revisions, so being able to know which sets it was revised it would be great.
Why is it useful: It will save time and errors because you won't have to click through multiple revisions to find the version of the drawings that you are looking for. And unfortunately not all plans list the delta and date on the sheets themselves, so sometimes it comes down to having good document control in VP Team in order to keep the project organized. In those instances, being able to view the list of set names instead of revision numbers is even more of a necessity.
Who would benefit from it: GC, Sub, Owner, anyone that views plans.
How should it work: This should work on both the mobile app and the desktop version. When you click the dropdown to choose which revision of the drawing you want to view, it should list the set name that the page is from instead of (or in addition to) the revision number. Please keep the date of the plan, as that is always useful information.

YES! The majority of the people on the project know drawings by their set name, not by which "Version" or "Revision" they are...
