Submit Your Suggestions for Viewpoint Team

In the current Team platform, were coaching our project leads the following steps for addressing additional work in the field where the work is to be tracked on a T&M Ticket:

1. Create an Issue in Team and give it a Type 'T&M' for Time & Material Ticket. Assign it to the PM and request a new phase code titled 'WO#### - Additional Work'

2. Now that the Issue is in the PM's court, they can create the new phase for cost types L, M, O, E, S whatever is applicable in Spectrum, and bring the labor phase into PTE or CC the project admin on the issue and ask that they create the phase and cost types.

3. The PM or PA then responds to the issue in Team telling the project lead that the phase #### has been created, and to resync their PTE and they should see it.

4. Now the ball is back in the project lead's court. At this time they have to tools to properly track labor, material, etc. to the phase code.

5. Once the additional work is complete, they then take a photo or scan the Work Order Ticket, plus any backup and attach to the Issue, and push it back to the PM telling them the ticket is complete

6. At this time the PM downloads the ticket and processes it to a change request in Spectrum. This means using Bluebeam to markup the image to add labor, material, equipment, other, and sub pricing for billing

7. Once the change request is sent out to the customer the PM closes the issue with a comment that the change request has been issued

It would be great to streamline this process where the paper copy isn't needed, there's a running tally of tickets on a job, and the leads can see the phase code the extra applies to. This would help in their material order for proper accounting to the phase code. Also, the software could produce a pdf of a ticket that can be shared with the customer. The form function in Team just doesn't get this done in a professional manner.
