If an RFI is created and the user clicks Send (as one would normally do) the record gets created in Vista without the Team Number. This is the only number that is relevant on any report since that's what the contacts see and the number that is referenced.
The workaround to have Vista updated properly is to not send RFIs but to save them first as a Draft, then send afterwards. We allow many of our external trades to create their own RFIs so to require such a process will never happen and then risk these RFIs never getting sent if they only save first.
Since Vista is the Single Source of Truth and is marketed as such, it MUST contain all of the fields from Team and not require edits to the original record to force this field to be updated.
