As it stands, contact management in TEAM is a mess and it is impossible to account for how many user licenses an organization needs to purchase. Having the ability to assign Internal users licenses via the Employee portal > Admin > User Access in the same way that Field Service, HR Management, Field Management, etc... would be very beneficial in multiple ways. First, you could view how many licensed users you have. Another benefit would be users automatically appear when they are an active PR Employee. Another benefit is when users are deactivated in Vista PR Employee, they are also removed from the Employee portal thus removing their licenses.
