our users are onboard for using Team for job files, but they said it would be MUCH more user friendly and used more if the documents stored in the project would open in the proper application. Right now, they have to download the file, make changes, and upload it. That is a lot of wasted steps unless someone can tell me how to make the docs open outside of the Team Viewer application. It would be much simpler if the documents would open in the application so we can edit and save right back to the Team Project.
