PDFs should automatically generate project information on the top of the page (similar to daily logs PDF) to give the form a professional format.

This would be a great add. Surely in the database, it's got the job number or some other key field linked. Should be easy to give us checkboxes on the form template creator to put the job number, job name, address, job logo or main company logo on the form. Otherwise the user needs to type that in should we ever need to produce a pdf of this form to OSHA or anyone it would need to display that info.
