Being able to set up the Issue's questions for information needed from the field and others involved would be really helpful since the current format is limited. For the manager, having the ability to run a report across all projects would be especially helpful to them being able to see where current project issues stand and making sure they are being addressed. Having this module on the dashboard so a PM can see the issues for all their projects would be extremely useful as well.
