It would be useful for comments to be able to be directly linked to uploaded attachments for quick reference in all aspects of Viewpoint. It is very difficult in some cases to determine what the commenter is referring to. I propose implementing an obvious link button on the comment that shows the attachment name, and can be used to open the attachment in the same manner as a hyperlink.
This will go a long way toward clear communication between users.
